Returns & Exchanges

At Regal Collective, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
